Founder and President of Club Readership,

one of the fastest growing readership clubs in South Africa with specific focus on African books and board member of Seetja Holdings. He holds a BSc Degree in Chemistry obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He is in pursuit of a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the same University; and is concurrently pursuing entrepreneurship studies at Wits business School. He is the author of Life's Stains  and Wonders and a poet.


MOGOWE LESHEGO| CEO


CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Leshego is a student at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) studying Management services. She is currently one of the Residence Academic Advisors at Gauta Ladies Residence at the same University. She is a mentors and tutor in the FBA. Among other things, she is a singer, debater and an aspiring public speaker.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Tshegofatso Moabelo is a prospective teacher currently doing third year education at University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She is concurrently doing an entrepreneurial generator course with WITS Business School. She is extremely passionate about entrepreneurship. She is a distributer and marketer of the Book titled: life’s stains and wonders. Her favorite quote is: “If you can't stop thinking about it don’t stop working on  it.”- unknown author.

Sbusiso Macheque has a BSc Double Major Degree in Geography and Geology from the University of Witwatersrand,s been with Faculty of Best Advisory (FBA) since its inception. Sbusiso has served on a multiple leadership roles in FBA. He is passionate about education and inspiring a black child to strive for academic success. Sbusiso Macheque is also Chairperson of Mpumalanga       Association at University of Witwatersrand,                 Johannesburg.

 


 

MAKGERU RAMADIMETJA | CFO


 CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 Ramadimetja Makgeru is a vibrant young lady who has a passion for people. After completion of matric in 2012, she embarked on a commerce bachelor at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2013 and successfully completed in 2015. She is currently employed in the financial services industry and has also served in sales and marketing positions previously. She runs a small business, Competent Creations Agency (Pty) Ltd, that dedicates its time to servicing start-up businesses.

 

 

 


 MALETJEMA MATHIBA | CFO


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mathiba Maletjema is currently studying Bachelor of Accounting Science at the University of The Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She is An Allan Gray candidate fellow and a secretary at Maletjema Foundation. She is passionate about entrepreneurship. She is a book distributor, mentor and a public speaker.

A Prospective teacher. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Education Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She is an educational advisor, mentor, and career advisor at Faculty of Best Advisory. She is passionate about education and women empowerment. She is an Entrepreneur. Phoebe is also passionate about encouraging the culture of reading, in particular among kids as she believes that is the best time to shape the minds of a human being. Finally, she is a model. 

 

 

 

 

 


 

MHLONGO NHLANHLA | CCO

Nhlanhla Mhlongo is a second year BA Law student at the University of Johannesburg. He is a former head mentor based at the University of Johannesburg. He is an inspired being very passionately driven. He currently heads two of our partnering schools. He joined in 2016 when he doing his first year at the University of Johannesburg and since then has made his way up the order. Jeremia Lelosa possesses BSc quantity survey with Honours from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pillars of Africa, Events and Marketing Director of Wits-vernac news. Jeremia is passionate about youth development and empowerment; he spends most of his time motivating schools learners across South Africa through Faculty of Best Advisory and in his own personal capacity.

 

 


KHOZA MINENHLE | CSO


 CHIEF STRATEGIC OFFICER

Chief Strategic Officer Minenhle Gloria Khoza is a masters candidate at the University of Johannesburg where she enrolled for her first degree; a National Diploma in Food Technology in 2011. In 2015 she registered for B-Tech Food Technology in the aforementioned university. She has worked for 3 companies in the food Industry. She is passionate about empowering young people with carrier guidance and people’s skills. In the near future she would like to pursue a PhD in Food Technology. With her passion for learning and imparting knowledge, she is determined to lend a hand in mentoring more and more future leaders in the FBA. Being a leader comes with understanding that “a well spent day brings happy sleep, so a LIFE WELL spent brings happy ending. After all, WE ARE THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!


 

 MAKUA LESTRINA | CRO


 CHIEF RESEARCH OFFICER

Lestrinah Mohudubete Makua An aspiring actuary, she holds a BSc in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She is currently writing ASSA board exams and tutoring. She sells Aroma Village products. A mentor to several high school learners from her school, she firmly believes in empowering young women. She is also a Tutor at Eduright Tutors.

 

 

 

 


 MASHISHI MPHO | CRO


 CHIEF RESEARCH OFFICER

Mpho is the Deputy Chairperson of Association for Black Securities & Investments Professionals (ABSIP) WITS student chapter for the year 2016/2017 and the former events and marketing officer at ABSIP WITS 2015/2016. Writer (poetry and music), designer and all round performance art lover. He is working towards obtaining a BSc degree in Mining Engineering at University of The Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
