FBA was founded in 2012 in the village of Thabampshe Ga-Masemola in Limpopo and has grown to be a global brand and an impactful organization of over 1000+ volunteers and direct beneficiaries and still growing, having impacted over 40 000+ people.
The FBA Vision 2032 is both qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative aspect of the vision is to lead people towards total emancipation in our lifetime and beyond. The quantitative vision is to impact 10 million people and raise R10 million by 2032.
FBA aims to be at the forefront of enabling the transition from high school to the tertiary institutions and to the workplace United in Excellence
As an NPC, FBA is now governed by a board of directors, an executive at the national level, and many branches in different provinces and Institutions of Higher learning.
