The coding and robotics programme is to prepare young people with the skills and knowledge of the 4th Industrial Revolution. According to Angie Motshekga, “coding curriculum will develop learners’ ability to solve problems, think critically, and work collaboratively and creatively; function in a digital and information-driven world; apply digital and ICT skills; and transfer these skills to solve everyday problems.” This programme will be piloted from 2020 with some of FBA partner schools.
